PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal measuring indicator that can for easily and speedily discriminate the frequency of the source of occurrence of beat noises. SOLUTION: The signal measuring indicator for displaying the amplitude at each frequency, by measuring signals of an output video line of a tuner displays the signals from the tuner at frequencies before being frequency-converted by the tuner. The signal measuring indicator can easily and speedily discriminate the frequencies prior to the conversion of the frequencies of the beat noises displayed on the signal measuring indicator by the tuner, i.e. the frequencies of the source of the practical beat noises.
