The doser has a discoid ring valve (40) comprising a coaxial, front orifice outlet (8) for a principal axis (32). An inner side (41) of the ring valve is spring-mounted according to a dispensed sealing of an outer side (42) of a dosing sleeve (4). The orifice outlet is closed according to the dispensing of the outlet of a compressed outer base (34) of an outer piston (12). A mixing sleeve (30) is manufactured together with the ring valve from a single piece plastic or silicon. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a tube doser.
