The plate (1) has channel-shaped grooves (2) arranged on a side of the plate, and openings (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) forming an inlet pipe for fuel gas or oxide or a part of the inlet pipe. The channel-shaped grooves and the inlet pipe are provided in a conductor connection that is formed by a pipe-shaped channel (7) i.e. borehole. The openings (3a, 3b) are connected with the channel-shaped grooves by the pipe-shaped channel that is formed in a polar plate body and is guided by the openings at the channel-shaped grooves. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a conductor connection between openings.
