<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide illuminating equipment for a light emitting diode capable of reducing cost by making the light emitting diodes uniformly colorless and emitting the light of different colors with colorless diodes only by attaching a colored semi-transparent member such as a red color or a green color to a bush surrounding the light emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: The colorless light emitting diode 2 which is mounted to a substrate 1 is surrounded by the approximately cylindrical shape bush 3. The bush has; an opening 3a and a horizontal groove 6 to retain a bottom plate 5 below an inner surface, colored cellophane 4 stuck to a top end, and forked notches 8 for inserting a terminal 7 of a colorless light emitting diode on the opening side on the bottom plate. The end surface of one of the notches has recesses and projections 9 to lock the terminal of the light emitting diode and prevent the terminal from slipping out. The light emitting diode is configured in such a way that when a main body of the bush is rotated with respect to the bottom plate with the terminal inserted to the notch at the bottom plate, the opening is positioned to a rear side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
