PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agricultural dissolved oxygen water manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing supersaturated dissolved oxygen water at a low cost. SOLUTION: The agricultural dissolved oxygen water manufacturing apparatus 1 comprises first dissolved oxygen quantity increasing means 2 for obtaining first water increased in dissolved oxygen quantity as compared with that of raw water by feeding compressed air into the raw water in a vessel 8 with its interior not in contact with atmosphere, second dissolved oxygen quantity increasing means 3 for obtaining second water of the supersaturated dissolved oxygen water increased in dissolved oxygen quantity as compared with that of the first water by circulating the first water in a porous member 14 on the downstream side of the first dissolved oxygen quantity increasing means 2, and mixing means 4 for mixing the second water with third water with less dissolved oxygen quantity than in the second water to attain a quantity increase so as to obtain fourth water of the supersaturated dissolved oxygen water greater in water quantity than in the second water and less in dissolved oxygen quantity than in the second water.
