PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting signal display device for broadcasting a program by changing a part whose viewing limitation is required to alternative content while maintaining story performance to a viewer whose viewing limitation is required (for example, minority or the like). SOLUTION: A broadcasting station 1 prepares an electronic program guide and a content server 2 according to the level of viewing limitation. The storage destination (URL) of alternative content is written in the electronic program guide. The alternative content (acquired by changing the content of the viewing limitation to moderate content) is stored in the content server 2. The level of the viewing limitation is set in a broadcasting signal display device 3. In the broadcasting of video content received from the broadcasting station 1, when it is pertinent to a part whose viewing limitation is required, the broadcasting signal display device 3 performs access to URL written in the electronic program guide, and acquires the alternative content from the content server 2.
