PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermistor element that can easily adjust resistance value between a pair of electrode wires projecting the outside of a main unit. SOLUTION: An adjusting hole 20 is made between a pair of electrode wires 30 and 40 that are varied in the main unit 10 of the thermistor element 1. A die for manufacturing the thermistor element 1 is possible to adjust the quantity of an adjusting hole formation pin for forming the adjusting hole 20 that is inserted into an inner space. Thus, a resistance value between the electrode wires 30 and 40 becomes possible to be adjusted according to a depth of the formed adjusting hole 20, so that, even if a material for the thermistor is changed, the same die is used to obtain the thermistor element having a target resistance value.
