<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-speed writing in a semiconductor disk device using a flash memory with low-speed writing in comparison with reading. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor disk device has a standard bus 1, a plurality of flash memories 4, a write buffer memory 5 for temporarily holding data and a processor 2. The processor 2 controls data writing, transfers and analyzes commands and statuses. A number 31 is an address control part which generates a physical address, a number 6 is a Vpp generation circuit which is a writing power source of the flash memories, a number 71 is a memory address bus and a number 72 is a data bus. The processor 2 writes data of one word to be continuously written in an optional flash memory and continuously writes the data in accessible flash memories during waiting time until writing of the next data of one word becomes possible in the flash memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
