<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil scum treating method and oil scum treating device, incinerating oil scum advantageously in view of thermal energy. <P>SOLUTION: In this oil scum treating method for incinerating oil scum with fuel oil, after the oil scum and fuel oil are finely mixed, immediately the oil scum is incinerated.
