<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably cool a battery mounted on a rear part of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S500) for detecting an outside temperature TH(A), an in-cabin temperature TH(IN), an air conditioner setting temperature TH(AC), a battery temperature TH(B) and a battery cooling air temperature TH(BF) when an air conditioner is the face mode in the manual mode or the face mode in the automatic mode (S300; YES, or S400; YES); a step (S600) for calculating a battery cooling requirement degree; a step (S700) for calculating an air volume ratio of a rear duct with respect to the total air volume from the cooling requirement degree; and steps (S800, S900) for controlling an opening of a mode switching door in accordance with the air volume ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
