PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a clock dial, a clock dial, and a clock having the clock dial, with improved appearance of the clock dial having a transparent resin layer by enlarging the rising angle of the transparent resin layer. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the clock dial having the transparent resin layer 12 formed by curing liquid resin on the surface of a substrate 11, a first edge side resin part 62 is formed by heaping up the liquid resin on an edge side region 51 of the surface of the substrate 11, and after passing a predetermined time, a second edge side resin part 63 is formed by laminating and heaping up the liquid resin on an outer edge part 62A of the first edge side resin part 62.
