摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and effective method for lowering the rotational speed of a turbine having a rotor driving a shaft and rotatable in a stator when the shaft is damaged. SOLUTION: In this method, the shaft 8 of the gas turbine is driven to lower the rotational speed of the turbine having the rotor rotatable in the stator 7 when the shaft is damaged. The method comprises the steps of measuring 11 the temperature of the stator 10A on the downstream side of the rotor 6 at the point on the surface of the stator, and transmitting the measured signals to a control means 100 for controlling the deceleration of the rotor.
