摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance intake efficiency of flow of air flowing in an intake passage without reducing rigidity of a throttle valve shaft. SOLUTION: The throttle valve shaft crosses the intake passage in the intake controller body and is rotatably supported. A flat face part 1d is formed on the throttle valve shaft facing to the inside of the intake passage, and a slitting groove 1c is bored at an inner side of the flat face part 1d. On a line Y-Y perpendicular to an upper surface 1e and a lower surface 1f of the flat surface part 1d and passing through a center A of the throttle valve shaft 1, a circular faces 1g, 1h having width t and radius R are formed on the upper surface 1e and the lower surface 1f of the flat surface part 1d respectively.
