PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure drive type valve gear capable of reducing power loss as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic pressure drive type valve gear driven by hydraulic pressure pressurized and sent from a pressurizing chamber 21 of a pressurizing pump 9 driven by a cam 8, the pressurizing pump includes a pressurizing piston 27 pushed toward an inside the pressurizing chamber by the cam, a piston spring 30 elastically energizing the pressurizing piston toward the cam, a pressure accumulation piston 28 changing volume of the pressurizing chamber by receiving inner pressure of the pressurizing chamber, and a pressure accumulating spring 29 elastically energizing the pressure accumulation piston toward the inside of the pressurizing chamber.
