PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of an anchor pin or a fixing pin for fixing a car stop to reduce the cost and make it pervasive. SOLUTION: A pierced hole 5 is formed near each of both longitudinal ends of a car stop block 4 which is a substantially rectangular solid. The pierced hole 5 is formed to be a funnel shape expanding upward. A rod-like fixing pin 1 having an acute or flat front end is inserted into the pierced hole 5. A comparatively thick torus-shaped block 3 made of a rubber material or the like and formed to have the outer diameter that is larger than a changing diameter of the pierced hole 5 at a predetermined position is fitted to the fixing pin 1 under pressure. The fixing pin 1 is hammered into an installation floor surface by a hammering tool which has a bottomed-pipe-shaped front end and is loosely fitted to a head part of the fixing pin 1 and an upper surface of the torus-shaped block 3.
