PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami disaster-prevention structure which reduces tsunami energy making an entry into an anti-disaster area of a coastal zone, such as a harbor, and which does not exert an influence on a landscape. SOLUTION: In this tsunami disaster-prevention structure 1, an artificial shoal 4 is constructed along the coastal zone 2 on the bottom 5 of the sea except an area off the coast of the anti-disaster area 3 of the coastal zone 2.
