PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excavating equipment with an excavation condition display control device, which enables an operator to accurately and efficiently advance excavating operations according to a target in a required excavating range, while the operator visually observes an excavation condition display panel. SOLUTION: This excavating equipment, in which the excavation condition display panel for displaying an excavating operation condition is provided in an operator cab, comprises: a camera 1 which takes an image of a state near an excavating operation target point 10a; a distance sensor 2 which detects a distance from a reference point of an equipment body to the target point 10a; an excavation condition display monitor which is provided in the excavation condition display panel, and which displays the target point 10a and an excavation boundary line for specifying an excavating operation area; and an excavation monitor control means for outputting the display contents of the target point 10a and the excavation boundary line into the excavation condition display monitor, on the basis of an imaging signal from the camera 1 and a distance detection signal from the distance sensor 2.
