PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing panel mounting implement and a sound absorbing panel mounting structure using the sound absorbing panel mounting implement allowing a sound absorbing panel to be mounted across a joint. SOLUTION: An implement body 32 is composed of one steel plate bent in L-shape. Panel movable elongate holes 33A are formed in a panel mounting part 33 constituting one face of L-shape of the implement body 32. The panel movable elongate holes 33A are elongate holes long in a longitudinal direction L of a track, and a panel mounting member 36 is inserted through each elongate hole. Since each panel movable elongate hole 33A is the elongate hole formed along the longitudinal direction L of the track, play allowing relative movement of the implement body 32 and a bolt 36D is formed on both sides of the bolt 36D.
