<p>A method for operating a resource, includes that: a policy enforcement point receives a request for operating a resource and charging rules sent from a policy decision point; the policy enforcement point enforces the corresponding resource operation according to the request for operating the resource, and enforces the corresponding charging control according to the charging rules. A system for charging and policy control, includes that: a policy and charging rules function unit for generating charging rules and policy about the resource operation; a policy and charging enforcement function unit, which is connected to the policy and charging rules function unit via a interface, enforces the corresponding resource operation according to the policy about resource operation which is generated by the policy and charging rules function unit, and transmits the charging rules to the charging system. The method for operating the resource and the system for policy controlling are be able to be appropriate to TISPAN criterion.</p> |
