A radio transmission/reception device which has a plurality of antennas and transmits and receives a radio signal of a frame configuration containing a plurality of symbol sequences in the frequency axis direction and the time axis direction while executing antenna diversity in both transmission and reception by using the time division duplex and the multi carrier method. The radio transmission/reception device includes: a reception weighting calculation unit (5-1) which calculates a weight ht according to a first known signal contained in the symbol sequence among reception signals of the antennas; a reception signal combining unit (6-1) which weights and combines the reception signals according to the calculated weight; a correction amount calculation unit (7-1) which calculates a correction amount of the symbol sequence at least in the time axis direction according to a second known signal contained in the symbol sequence in the time axis direction among the combined reception signal; and a transmission weighting unit (15-1)which corrects the transmission signal to be transmitted from the antennas according to the correction amount in the next transmission frame next to the reception frame for which the weight and the correction amount have been calculated, and weights the signal according to the weight.
