A method for producing iron-fortified, immunopotentiating fertilizer and feed is provided to produce the fertilizer and feed capable of satisfying iron requirements for agricultural crops and livestock and preventing damage by blight and noxious insects and diseases of livestock. A method for producing blood fertilizer and feed in solid forms includes the steps of: (140) removing foreign substances and grinding and homogenizing transferred blood by a press friction type method in a roller mill or screw mill manner; transferring the blood to a spiral type sterilization drying and mixing device of a dual steam pipe structure(210), or transferring the blood to a blood storage and cooling device(150), thereto adding about 0.3-3wt%, based on the amount of the blood, of an acidic material, stirring the admixture, and transferring the stirred material to the spiral type sterilization drying and mixing device; sterilizing, solidifying, drying, and mixing the blood; and performing an extrusion process through a mixing and homogenizing device(220).
