An eco-friendly biogas plant apparatus with pot-in-pot structure is provided to secure structural stability by integrating a biogas generating unit into a sealed three-cylindrical cell structure and fixing a top part of each cylindrical body of PIP. A biogas plant apparatus with pot-in-pot structure comprises: a sealed cylindrical cell structure(200) including a circular bottom plate installed underground, a first hollow cylindrical body(222) formed on a top part of the circular bottom plate, a hydrolysis tank(220) formed on a top part of the circular bottom plate within the first hollow cylindrical body, a second hollow cylindrical body(232) which forms a concentric circle with the first hollow cylindrical body, and which is positioned at an outer side of the first hollow cylindrical body, a first fermentation tank(230) formed between the first hollow cylindrical body and the second hollow cylindrical body, a third hollow cylindrical body(242) which forms a concentric circle with the first and second hollow cylindrical bodies, and which is positioned at an outer side of the first and second hollow cylindrical bodies, a second fermentation tank(240) formed between the second and third hollow cylindrical bodies, and a cover(250) which is positioned on the same line as the ground, which covers the hydrolysis tank and the first and second fermentation tanks, and which has an organic waste injection port(252), a first biogas outlet(254), and a second biogas outlet(256) respectively formed at positions thereof corresponding to the hydrolysis tank and the first and second fermentation tanks; a gas storage(300) which is positioned on the ground(20) and connected to the first and second fermentation tanks by a transfer pipe(310), and which sequentially stores first and second biogases from the first and second fermentation tanks; and a control part(400) for controlling operations of the sealed cylindrical cell structure and the gas storage. Further, a composition generator is additionally contained in the biogas plant apparatus in order to generate an electricity energy using the first and the second biogas stored in the gas storage. |
