摘要 An improved preparation method of an aluminum oxide dispersion-strengthened copper alloy powder is provided to improve fineness of aluminum oxide in an alloy and increase dispersibility of aluminum oxide at the same time. An improved preparation method of an aluminum oxide dispersion-strengthened copper alloy powder comprises the steps of: preparing a copper dioxide powder, an aluminum powder and a copper powder as raw materials, and charging total raw materials containing the copper dioxide powder and the aluminum powder at a molar ratio of 2 to 4:1 to 3 into a mixer and agitating the total raw materials; and charging the agitated raw materials into a ball-mill chamber, sealing the ball-mill chamber, ball-milling the agitated raw materials in an inert atmosphere, thereby applying mechanical energy to the raw materials to synthesize a dispersion-strengthened copper alloy powder by inducing a mechochemical reaction of the raw materials, wherein an outer part of the ball-mill chamber is maintained to a temperature range of -55 to -70 deg.C by using liquefied nitrogen as a means for adjusting the external temperature of the ball-mill chamber.
