<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting device having improved stability of light emitting efficiency and chromaticity. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting device is characterized in comprising a first light emitting element for radiating a first light beam having the peak in a first wavelength, a second light emitting element for radiating a second light beam having the peak in a second wavelength different from the first wavelength, a fluorescent material for absorbing the light beam having the peak in the second wavelength and emitting a third light beam having the peak in the light beam of a third wavelength different from the first wavelength and the second wavelength, and a light shielding wall provided between the first light emitting element and the fluorescent material to shield the first light beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
