<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition exhibiting both of low reflection index and scratch resistance, and to provide a cured product, an antireflection film, a polarizing plate and an image display device, using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a fluoroolefin copolymer containing hexafluoropropylene and a hydroxy group-containing vinyl ether represented by the formula: CH(OR-OH)=CH<SB>2</SB>(wherein, R is a 1-20C alkylene group) as monomer components, and obtained by reacting the hexafluoropropylene within the range of ≥1.6 eq. and ≤5.0 eq. based on the hydroxy group-containing vinyl ether. The antireflection film 1a or 1b is obtained by using the cured product obtained by curing the curable resin composition as a low refractive index layer 5.
