<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mechanical loss at a slide part of a fixed member and a movable member. <P>SOLUTION: In a compressor 1, a piston 60 rotates eccentrically with respect to a cylinder 70 to change volume of a cylinder chamber C formed between the cylinder 70 and the piston 60. A cylinder side end plate part 41 slidingly contacting a tip surface 66 of the piston 60 and defining the cylinder chamber C is integrally provided in a base end side of the cylinder 70. A piston side end plate part 61 slidingly contacting tip surfaces 75, 76 of the cylinder 70 and defining the cylinder chamber C is integrally provided in a base end side of the piston 60. Coating films 67, 78, 79 for reducing friction are provided on only tip surfaces 66, 75, 76 thereof in at least one of the cylinder 70 and the piston 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
