<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film which is improved in durability than before. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent laminated film, a metal oxide film containing an organic component and a silver based film containing silver (Ag) as a main component and bismuth (Bi) are laminated on at least one side of a transparent polymer film, and a metal oxide film which is thinner than the metal oxide film containing the organic component is formed on at least one side of the silver based film.
