<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, etc., always outputting a good image by conducting the image processing according to an output form of an image. <P>SOLUTION: In a feature amount extract circuit 115a, a feature amount is extracted as a value representing an object region in an image. In a gradation converting circuit 115c, the image is subjected to gradation conversion based on a gradation conversion curve taking a feature amount extracted in the feature amount extract circuit 115a as an intended value. In an image display device 111, the image gradation-converted in the gradation conversion circuit 115c is outputted.
