<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel a film stuck to s plate-shape or sheet-shape member and simultaneously to remove electrostatic charge generated in the film. <P>SOLUTION: A abutting section on an outer peripheral surface of a peeling roller 32 and namely, the film to be peeled is formed of a conductive material, and when the film is peeled, in order that the entire surface of the film is made to abut on the outer peripheral surface of the peeling roller 32, the circumference of the peeling roller 32 is formed to be made longer than the length in the take-up direction of the film to be peeled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
