PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating material unit capable of easily mounting and demounting a heat insulating body without damaging the heat insulating body, and further preventing the heat insulating body from being incompletely mounted because of variation in thickness of the heat insulating body. SOLUTION: A main body is composed of a base body 1 mounted on a heating face 40 and having high rigidity, and the heat insulating body 2 of low rigidity, a supporting portion 13 is formed in a state of projecting from a contact face 12 with the heat insulating body 2, of the base body 1 and having a fastening portion 3 for pressing and fastening the heat insulating body 2 at its tip side, an insertion hole 21 is formed on a part corresponding to the supporting portion 13, of the heat insulating body 2 with its periphery applied as a pressed face 22 to be pressed to a pressing face 31 of the fastening portion 3, and further a positioning portion 15 having a restriction face 15a for restricting the movement of the fastening portion 3 to a base body 1 side from a prescribed position and positioning the same, is formed in a state that a distance from the contact face 12 of the base body 1, of the restriction face 15a is shorter than a thickness from a rear face 2b of the heat insulating body 2 to the pressed face 22.
