PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ad hoc network where the resources of a spread code are not depleted such that the base station to which a terminal belongs manages the spread code to each terminal, even in the case of communicating to another base station. SOLUTION: A terminal 101 is accommodated in the ad hoc network where each terminal communicates mutually with its own spread code. Each terminal belongs also to a mobile communications network other than the ad hoc network, and carries out broadcasting of information to all the terminals which belong to the area of a radio base station 201 of the mobile communications network through the ad hoc network.
