PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sealing performance even when a pipe section is attached to or detached from a coupling hole. SOLUTION: When an ink cartridge 21 is attached to a printer, a hollow needle 21c planted in the ink cartridge 21 is inserted into an introduction hole 32b bored in the printer. A sealing member 33 having a base 33a formed in a circular ring, a pair of outer circumference ring-shaped projections 33b, and an inner circumference ring-shaped projection 33c, is annularly inserted into the end of the introduction hole 32b. The outer circumference ring-shaped projections 33b are in pressure contact with the inner circumference of the introduction hole 32b, and inner circumference ring-shaped projection 33c is in pressure contact with the outer circumference of the hollow needle 21c so that a gap between the hollow needle 21c and the introduction hole 32b is sealed.
