PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for an employee to wear a dust mask, glasses or the like, by enabling a powder to be reliably collected by an automatic operation, and to shorten a period of time necessary for manufacturing a shape-formed article without discontinuing a manufacturing process even when no employee is working at night or the like. SOLUTION: This powder-collecting device comprises; a means for blowing a strong wind from the upper part onto the powder and the shape-formed article which exist in a shape-forming tank 1 of a metal-light hybrid milling machine to make the powder 10 float up in the space of the shape-forming tank 1 from the surface of the shape-formed article 11; and a means for automatically sucking the powder 10 from a powder suction port 2.
