PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing new liquid fuel by using organic waste materials such as food residues, oil-squeezed lees or the like, and the liquid fuel obtained from such the method of production. SOLUTION: This method for producing the liquid fuel comprises a step of pulverizing or crushing the organic waste materials added with a crushing assistant, a step of adding a dehydrating agent to the pulverized or crushed organic waste materials and heating with agitating, a step of adding a solvent, a dispersing agent and an emulsifying agent to the material obtained by adding the dehydrating agent and heating with agitating, and agitating and mixing, a step of adding at least 1 kind of a decomposition-treating agent selected from the group consisting of a protein-based, a cellulose-based or oils and fats-based substance to the material obtained by adding the solvent, dispersing agent and emulsifying agent and agitating and mixing, and agitating and mixing, a step of solid-liquid separating the material obtained by adding the decomposition-treating agent and agitating and mixing and a step of adding a fuel accelerator, fuel-mixing assistant, an igniting agent, a sludge prevention-improving agent, a dispersing agent, an improving agent, an antioxidant and a scorch-preventing agent, and mixing and agitating.
