PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealing label peeling device which does not limit the peeling direction of a concealing label and has superior versatility. SOLUTION: In a label peeling portion 54 peeling a concealing label 20 from a postal card 30 with the concealing label, an upper surface of the postal card 30 with the concealing label on which a peeling tape 40 is pressed and attached is retained by a peeling tool 68 of a rod-shape increasing an outer diameter from both end portions of a rotating shaft toward a center portion to be bent.
