PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating biofouling generation risk capable of evaluating quantitatively status of process at all times, at any time, with high sensitivity and high accuracy using a low-cost device constitution. SOLUTION: The device for evaluating biofouling generation risk is constituted to include a water-passage device, a biofilm forming section where a plurality of base materials with transparent planes capable of forming biofilm arranged within water of the water-passage device, a coupling section capable of supplying water to the water-passage device, and an effluence section capable of discharging water from the water-passage device.
