PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lubricate an inner wall face of a cylinder under the condition of reducing consumption of lubricating oil in a two-cycle internal combustion engine wherein a plurality of openings 5a to the inner wall face 8 of the cylinder 2 in a scavenging port 5 or an exhaust port can be opened near a bottom dead center of a piston 9, and a roughened surface part 10 formed by roughening the surface is formed at least in a lower side of a vicinity of each opening on the inner wall face. SOLUTION: Each opening 5a of the scavenging port or the exhaust port is arranged in a part excluding a part on both sides relative to a crank axis 3 when viewing from a direction of an axis of the cylinder on the inner wall face in the cylinder, and the length of the roughened surface part 10 along the direction of the axis of the cylinder is elongated in a part between the openings and is reduced in a part of the individual opening as viewed from the axial direction of the cylinder.
