PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device making a human body washing nozzle clean to permit washing always at ease. SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device has the human body washing nozzle comprising a nozzle outer member and washing a human body, and a washing means for jetting wash water for washing the human body washing nozzle. The nozzle outer member is composed of metal subjected to surface smoothing treatment. Sticking of organic matter nutritive to bacteria or a bacteria group itself is suppressed by applying surface smoothing treatment to the metal of the nozzle outer member, and sticking of dirt to the human body washing nozzle can be suppressed.
