PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that hangers hanged on a drying bar can be blown away by wind or the like, large clothes or the like are not easy to hang and easy to deform and a drying platform is difficult to move. SOLUTION: A drying bar is moved up and down by winding and rewinding a wire with a reel-shaped reeling machine 3 and clothes and the like are easily hung. In addition, the use of a special hanger prevents clothes or the like from piling up or being blown away. When the drying bar is not in use, the wire is lift up to a ceiling with the reel-shaped reeling machine 3 and the drying bar is contained in the ceiling. Therefore the space can be effectively used.
