<p>The device for stretching, smoothing, aligning and/or forming of dough strand for pretzel production, comprises conveyer straps (6) arranged in a conveyer belt (7), and pins and/or screws (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) arranged between the conveyer straps on a straight line or a U-shaped curve vertically to the conveying direction of a slide or the conveyer belt. The pins are arranged below or above the upper strand of the conveyer belt and/or the area of the slide and/or are adjustable in its longitudinal direction vertical to the plain of the slide and/or the conveyer belt. The device for stretching, smoothing, aligning and/or forming of dough strand for pretzel production, comprises conveyer straps (6) arranged in a conveyer belt (7), and pins and/or screws (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) arranged between the conveyer straps on a straight line or a U-shaped curve vertically to the conveying direction of a slide or the conveyer belt. The pins are arranged below or above the upper strand of the conveyer belt and/or the area of the slide and/or are adjustable in its longitudinal direction vertical to the plain of the slide and/or the conveyer belt in such a way that in a first end position, the dough strand is not arrived to the unit with the pins and in a second end position the dough strand is arrived to the unit with the pins, which are rotatable in both directions around its longitudinal axis. The driving of the pins is carried out pneumatically, hydraulically or electrically. The rotation drive of the pins that are arranged to the left and/or right of the slide and/or the conveyer belt in longitudinal direction by middle line (9), is independently drivable from one another, and two sensors (8, 8') are arranged at a side of the slide and/or the conveyer belt. The sensors are arranged axially viewed in a predetermined interval in conveying direction to the rectilinear or U-shaped curve formed by the pins, which are arranged in and/or against the conveying direction in axially movable manner in such a way that a U-form with a desired curve and a desired alignment arises and reverses itself by a cycle. In the first end position, the upper part of the pin not protrudes from the plain of the slide and/or conveyer belt. In the second end position, the free end of the pins juts out from the plain of the slide and/or the upper part of the conveyer belt or the pins are arranged above the upper parts of the conveyer belt and/or the area of the slide. In the first end position, the free end of the pin has a predetermined interval for plain of the upper part of the conveyer belt and/or the slide. In a second end position, the free end of the pin adjoins in an angle of 90[deg] at the upper part of the conveyer belt and/or the area of the slide. An independent claim is included for a procedure for operating a device for stretching, smoothing, aligning and/or forming of dough strand.</p> |
