The device (9) has two shaft journals (7) and a lifting pin (5), and a flank (6) of the lifting pin is connected with the shaft journals. The device is arranged on the crank shaft symmetrical to the axis (10) of the crank shaft, and the inner diameter (11) of the device is twice of the maximum distance (12.1) of the flank form the axis of the crank shaft. The device comprises the flanks of the lifting pin symmetrical to the axis of the crank shaft and the device is moved in rotatory manner relative to the flanks.
