The circular flow apparatus (4) having a pair of circular flow channels (4a) formed on either end, is fitted to an intermediate position of the nut (1), to provide offset precompression adjustment system to a ball circulation loop (1e). A ball (3) moved in the ball circulation loop, adjust the precharge pressure of the nut, using the offset precompression adjustment system.
