IMMUNOCHEMICALLY EQUIVALENT HIV DRUG ANALOGS

HIV protease inhibitor analogs and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase i nhibitor analogs are provided that are immunochemically equivalent to the pa rent compound. These analog compounds are useful as calibrators and positive controls in assays for determining HIV protease inhibitors and non-nucleosi de reverse transcriptase inhibitors in samples. Methods for preparing calibr ation curves using the analogs and test kits comprising the analogs are also provided.
