<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller with high adhesiveness between an elastic layer and a coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roller 1 is provided with a shaft member 2, the elastic layer 3 arranged on a radial outer side of the shaft member 2, and one or more coating layers 4 arranged on a radial outer side of the elastic layer 3. At least a coating layer 4 adjacent to the elastic layer 3 is composed of ultraviolet curing resin formed by curing a coating including an ultraviolet curing type material mixture by ultraviolet irradiation. The material mixture used in formation of the coating layer 4 adjacent to the elastic layer 3 includes a urethane acrylate oligomer and acryloyl morpholine with a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
