<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic manometer which can measure blood pressure while changing cuff inner pressure at a desired pressure changing speed without prolonging measurement time even in a case of low pulse rate. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of control value correction amount tables 24 to define the relation among a pulse rate and deviation of a cuff pressure reduction speed from the target pressure reduction speed and the correction amount of control value for controlling the opening of an exhaust valve of a pressure reduction means 4 are provided according to pulse rates. Cuff pressure is detected by a pressure detection means 2, and the deviation of the pressure reduction speed is obtained by a pressure reduction speed calculation means 21. The pulse rate is calculated by a pulse rate calculation means 14. The control value correction amount table 24 corresponding to the pulse rate is selected by a control value correction amount table selection means 23. The correction amount of a control value corresponding to the deviation of the pressure reduction speed is determined from the selected control value correction amount table 24 by a control value correction amount determination means 25.
