<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the number of processes based on set conditions by setting manufacturing conditions of material, required quality, and the like freely in the number of dimensions, in a man-hour estimation preparing method in carrying out scheduling on a time axis. <P>SOLUTION: A condition table holding man-hour operation coefficients in respective cells of a table conventionally composed of a combination of conditions as a combination of headlines to extract coefficients for man-hour operation from a plurality of conditions, is formed utilizing a headline recording table having identifiers uniquely assigned to the respective cells of the condition table recording the man-hour operation coefficients, as columns and recording the headlines of each column and each row corresponding to the respective identifiers, and a cell-headline relationship table recording the relationship between the respective cells of the condition table and the headlines. A combination of condition input of input work and a combination of headlines in the condition table specify the cell identifier of the condition table in agreement, and the corresponding man-hour operation coefficient is used to obtain the corresponding man-hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
