<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber type temperature measuring device having a small size, and the small number of components, wherein an internal optical fiber is hardly moved. <P>SOLUTION: This optical fiber type temperature measuring device has an optical fiber for a reference temperature, an optical fiber for temperature measurement disposed on a measuring object or in a space to be measured in succession from the optical fiber for the reference temperature or in connection to the optical fiber for the reference temperature, and an electric circuit part for converting back scattered light generated in the optical fiber for the reference temperature and the optical fiber for temperature measurement into an electric signal and determining a temperature distribution by performing operation processing. The device includes a heat-insulating partition wall 6 for storing a reference temperature sensing part 20 comprising the optical fiber for the reference temperature disposed in a casing 5 and a reference temperature sensor provided near the optical fiber for the reference temperature, and an electric circuit part 24, and for partitioning spatially the reference temperature sensing part 20 and the electric circuit part 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
