<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feed system and a fuel feed method capable of preventing any degradation of a state of an exhaust gas when transferring a stored fuel to a separate tank. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel feed system 10 for feeding a fuel to an engine 11 from a main tank 13 communicated with a sub tank 17 comprises a transfer means 15 for transferring the fuel from the sub tank 17 to the main tank 13, a load detection means for detecting the load of the engine (for example, an engine ECU 19, an accelerator sensor position 27, a battery 29, a current sensor 30), and a fuel transfer prohibition means 19a for prohibiting the operation of the transfer means when the load of the engine detected by the load detection means is equal to or larger than a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
