<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing a driver from relying a safety device excessively even in a vehicle with a safety travel support device mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: Based on avoidance control for avoiding a vehicle from going into a dangerous situation, a driving operation coping apparatus changes evaluation for the driving operation of the driver lower, records the changed evaluation in a storage medium; and notifies the changed evaluation to the driver.
