<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver paste for a solar battery element, with which bonding strength (electrode strength) to the substrate for the solar battery element can be assured without coating the electrode surface with solder or the like, and electrodes excellent in long-term reliability can be formed with high productivity, and a method of manufacturing the solar battery element using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The silver paste for a solar battery element contains a glass frit having composition of, in terms of oxides, zinc oxide of 5 wt.% or higher and 10 wt.% or lower, bismuth oxide of 70 wt.% or higher and 84 wt.% or lower, and boron oxide and silicon oxide in total of 6 wt.% or higher, silver powder, and an organic vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
